Shipping
Charges equal Actual Postage to send the item to your door.
No Handling or Packing Material
charges are ever applied.
Items are
shipped within 24 hours, of payment being received.
Due to "Home
Land Security" some ( but not all ) packages are taking
12 to 14 days to arrive;
We apologies, for any inconvenience.
Unless otherwise
requested by the customer;
Shipping is calculated on maximum
protection for that product.
Protection refers to; our packing skills.."NOT" lost items in the mail due
to no tracking or insurance.
Postage calculations
are quoted on the most economical method
of shipping the product at the time
of sale.
If the item exceeds regular Postal
size and weight limits.
Postage is calculated at Courier
Serves rates.
Unless "requested" by the customer;.... NO
Tracking and NO Insurance
is
provided; If you require tracking and Insurance... please notify
G.W. Enterprises before item is shipped. Extra charges in most cases will
apply;... the standard quoted economy shipping is just that..ECONOMY.
We keep accurate records of items being shipped, However with no tracking
it is impossible for us to assume any liability on Economy shipping after
it leaves our local Postal Office.
Special Note to
international Customers; Tracking & Insurance is always
recommended..but never quoted..it is your responsibility to evaluate the
protection and service you feel safe with coming into your country.

for protecting your item
against breakage in transit.
Ocassionally a customer will request
less protection to reduce shipping charges.
"We cannot be
responsible", for sending fragile items in poorly protected
containers at the request of the
customer.
Due to a few problems
last winter.
Items that are won, but not paid for
within 10 days, will be re-listed.
A claim will be submitted to ebay
after 10 days to re-coup Auction costs

We make every effort to give a
complete description and usually provide,
many more pictures than the average
seller; plus answer questions quickly.
However: we are human and occasionally
make mistakes.
Each refund will be evaluated on a
case by case bases, if this occurs.

Some addition information:
(1) We do provide a custom packing service, that usually requires building a
plywood container
or special air cushioned packing.
In some, but not all cases, an additional charge may apply.
(2) Our shipping charges on fragile items may seem slightly higher then similar
items listed
for the same service.
This is primarily because extra protection requires a larger container which
usually ( not always )
slightly increases the postage.
We have never had a damaged item when shipped at our specifications.
(3) A premium service ( speed ) may always be requested.
We ship items of all shapes, sizes
and weights.
Occasionally our Postage calculations differ from the Post Offices Calculations.
If we eroded; and overcharged, we will gladly refund the difference.
Also keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Much like returning an item to your local store....Fuel is not refunded.
(4) SORRY, but uninsured items equal no refund if problems arise.
(5) Please let us pack it to ARRIVE ALIVE.
Until the Post Office starts
respecting packages marked "fragile" as delicate pieces
and not soccer balls; we have few other options.
